Lim and we are very focused in providing real estate agency services particularly in the of residential and commercial sub-sectors. Briefly, our area of services in real estate agency are

- conduct effective marketing campaign for your property;
- filter responses to ensure only the qualified buyers/tenants are viewing the property;
- carry out proper house viewings;
- engage in negotiation with the buyers or tenants;
- process the documentation for the sale or lease;
- follow-up on issues that might occur during the period of sale or lease.
